Shipping policy

UK Orders All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if the order is received before 2:30 PM GMT (subject to availability) Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery Time: All UK orders will be delivered the next working day.

  • Shipping Cost: There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3.45 per order.

  • Please Note: There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Any orders received after 2:30 PM on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).

International Orders (Overseas) Overseas orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Services. Please note this is a recorded delivery service.

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate delivery charge of £6.95 applies to all international orders.

Estimated normal delivery times:

  • Western Europe: 3-7 working days (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)

  • Rest of Europe: 5-9 working days (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Ukraine)

  • Rest of World: 6-15 working days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mysocks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Order Changes & General Information

 

  • Modifying an Order: Once an order has been placed, we have a very limited time window to change any information before the order is shipped out. If you need to make a change, it is best to call us immediately at 020 8908 5371. We try our hardest to attend to emails promptly; however, your email may not be seen until after your order has been dispatched, in which case it will be too late to make any changes.

     

  • Security: For extra security, a signature may be required to receive orders over a certain amount. Please ensure someone will be available at the delivery address.

  • Stock Availability: Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order upon authorization. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available, the value of the unavailable item(s) will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method, and you will be advised by email.

  • Pricing: All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. We recommend you print or save a copy of your order confirmation for your records.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
